Ryan has 20 years of commercial leasing and acquisitions experience in the Denver metro area. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, he spent 12 years as a broker with Grubb & Ellis. Ryan balances creativity, analytical skills and local market knowledge to help tenants and landlords develop mutually beneficial leasing arrangements.

Zach has more than 14 years of commercial real estate expertise. His focus and expertise is in the west, southeast suburban, and central business district Denver submarkets.
