Chief Engineer
- Head of engineering department, manages tenant & building improvements, while overseeing all Denver West building matters.
- Has been working on the Denver West portfolio for over 15 years.
- Enjoys vacationing with his family, hockey, and hunting.
Nate Farmer
Landscape Supervisor
- Oversees exterior landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and overall park matters.
- Enjoys time with his family, camping, playing board games, and time outdoors.
ENGINEERING TEAM
Jake Gavitt
Engineer
- Handles all work orders and engineering matters. Manages all keys & access control systems throughout the park.
- Enjoys hunting, fishing, college football, and camping.
Brian K. Weiss II
Engineer
- Involved in all aspects of building engineering & vendor management.
- Colorado Native, enjoys golfing, video games, and spending time with family & friends.
