Dee Romero
Property Accountant
- Day to day accounting operations: AR / AP
- Over 10 years of real estate management experience. BSBA / RE License
- Colorado Native who enjoys hiking, long motorcycle rides, & being outdoors.
Matt McClimans
Chief Engineer
- Head of engineering department, manages tenant & building improvements, while overseeing all Denver West building matters.
- Has been working on the Denver West portfolio for over 10 years.
- Enjoys vacationing with his family, hockey, and hunting.
Nate Farmer
Landscape Supervisor
- Oversees exterior landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and overall park matters.
- Enjoys time with his family, camping, playing board games, and time outdoors.
ENGINEERING TEAM
Jake Gavitt
Engineer
- Handles all work orders and engineering matters. Manages all keys & access control systems throughout the park.
- Enjoys hunting, fishing, college football, and camping.
Cameron Powell
Engineer
- Handles maintenance of building functions while taking on engineering work orders.
- Colorado Native who loves the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding. Cameron is a hobbyist that enjoys woodworking and working with his hands.
